I am looking for a quiz writer that has reporting capabilities such as number of times a question is missed, score averages, and such. Does anyone have a suggestion for a product you might recommend?

Our company uses Hot Lava Software's Learning Mobile Author authoring tool. It has quiz and test creation capabilities, gives you the ability to track the scores in real time and is great for training. It has worked well for us. I have recently started using Quia and it's great. I am using it for everything you described and it is very affordable at somewhere around $100 per year. Cheaper if you work in education.
