Krash,

I use 20/20 Insight Gold for building and administering all my clients' LII/LIII assessments (in fact it will handle just about any type project). It is a 360 feedback tool and has the features you mentioned, along with the ability to compare results over time.

Clients like the flexibility and custom features so much I now sell the software too. If you would like to check it out in relation to other products let me know and we can set up an on-line demo.

Jeff

Hi, I would agree that Articulate's new quizmaker tool is a good option. You can brand/structure the quiz as you require and it has a mass of options eg randomize, certificate, etc.

Survey Monkey is great but you can only create surveys not quizzes.

A low cost online option is to use the quiz features of the free open source LMSs such as Moodle or Dokeos. See our reviews of both here:

Good luck.

Steve

Krash,

Check out the Question Bank and Assessment tools at www.coggno.com. THere are 8 different question types, including sort, and images, and you can use your questions you create in the question bank across multpile assessments. Plus you can use all these tools at no cost, you only pay when you distribute them.
