I'm working on a research project regarding evaluation technology. What technology do you use to support / automate evaluation in your organization? Survey Software? Metrics systems? LMS? Analysis Software?

A great survey tool that we use is called zoomerang.

We use Zoomerange as well. I've taken Survey Monkey surveys and believe that tool is even more flexible on the analysis end.

Just implemented Knowledge Advisors, Metrics that Matter.

I wanted to recommend Metrics That Matter from Knowledge Advisors but being a hosted solution and my company being against having their data on external servers, I ended up developing a system using MS Access and Lotus Notes from needs collection to evaluation and reporting/charts.

We implemented SAP/HR and will be integrating the MS Access based evaluation to the Training & Events Management module.
