Hello. I'm seeking healthcare organizations that offer education to all staff (entry level to physicians).

I have developed a proposal for a workforce education center that basically offers a one-stop approach to education and training for the incumbent workforce.

Unfortunately, there are no internal metrics available from this organization to project outcomes for this new concept.

Specifically, I'm looking for any metrics on how just such a program(s) has impacted an organization's: retention; recruitment; PI.

I'm waiting to hear back from healthcare colleagues, but thought someone on hear might be able to help as well.

What you're going to find is that companies of all types go back and forth from centralized to decentralized training. The are good reasons and major shortcomings of both. I can't tell you how many times I've seen this including in large health care organizations.
