Does anyone have any good reading recommendations for ID and Evaluation?

Best place to start with evaluation is Donald Kirkpatrick - The Four Levels of Evaluation. This will provide the strongest foundation as almost everyone else in the field builds on his work.

For ID, try Robert Mager and Bob Pike. Langevin also offers excellent courses on ID.

I LOVE to see people actively working on sharpening the saw! In my opinion, the best read ever on instructional design -

The Accelerated Learning Handbook (Meier)

Followed closely by Rapid Instructional Design (Piskurich)

and finally High-impact Learning (Brinkerhoff)
