I work in a higher ed institution and we are doing a swat analysis of our counseling center. We have decided to look at the ROI on our outreach programming that we have used grant money to fund. Do you have any suggestions on any successfful methods of analysis above the reaction level to measure the effect we may be having on campus? Thanks for your suggestions.
Most institutions issuing grants call for specific metrics to be tracked and evaluated. If these metrics were not identified at the beginning of program implementation, it may be too late now to obtain that information because you need the pre-data to compare with post-data. You could always make "best guesses" for the pre-data, although I'm not sure how convincing it would be - but might be better than nothing.
