My download showed an XML sheet. Is it available in an Excel worksheet?

I also was unable to download the cost estimating worksheet - did anyone get the download that can forward it on? This looks like something I have been working on to track our costs for internal and external learning development. I was able to filter through the XML junk to put in a text document the categories for estimating training costs. I hope this helps!
