Hi-

I have had a request to conduct a survey that allows departments to rate their interactions and satisfaction with other departments.
Anyone do this type of survey before?
Can you share what it looked like?
I am struggling with what the right questions are.
We just want to understand perceptions at this point. We'll dig deeper once we get a baseline.
Any help would be great.

Hi Dv... can you provide a bit more background info? What is the goal of conducting the survey? What spawned the directive to conduct it?

Main gut reaction -- people interact with individuals, not departments.
