In my organization we are currently using Exam Builder for online assessments but we are looking to change to another tool. We are running into a problem with their liscencing not being scaleable in our company. We are looking for an online tool/program that is easy to use, provides quick feedback, has reporting features, scaleable (preferably no unique log-ins, participants write in their name) and still provides the participant a score at the end. It also needs to be a professional interface rather than one geared towards K-12 students. Has anyone used a tool that fits these requirements?

is a commonly referenced tool for such things. However, I do understand the licensing for that isn't cheap either.

Otherwise, I imagine you do not have an LMS? If you do, you can use a multitude of tools to create assessments, though perhaps not with as much flexibility (?), load them into the LMS and use that for the user registration, tracking, certification, etc.

Making assessments in tools like Adobe Captivate is fairly painless and a lot cheaper...though the LMS component adds a bit of cost if you don't have one (but adds a lot more flexibility and growth to your overall training platform).
