I am looking for any case studies or materials that link training programs to improved performance? Does anyone know of any publications, case studies, etc.???

Trying to build justification to develop performance based curriculum and need to show the ROI either through dollars or performance improvements

Also, Don Kirkpatrick has several cases in his latest "Evaluating Training Programs" book.
