I am looking for possible research topics on ROI. Possibly around how training departments can demonstrate their value and integrate their functions with business process. Also, I think there may be research potential in regard to a managers role in the transfer of learning. Any additional thoughts would be appreciated. I need to narrow down a topic and find something that makes sense to develop a research study on.
