I'm looking for a baseline perspective for comparing course satisfaction (especially CBT training). Ideally the baseline would Financial Services Industry related. We report out on top two box scores (ie. Highly Satisfied & Satisfied) as a combine % for the course sat score. We have internal comparisons readily available but are looking for documentation from our industry and/or competitors.

Some companies advertise these scores (e.g. 3.7 out of 4.0). Check your competitors' web sites. I do not know that segment well, but you can probably make a good list of your own competitors.

KRenner,

I know this won't be helpful....but unless another company's apples are the same as your oranges the data is of little value.

Local norms matter, not national norms.
