Are there any folks out there that are successfully measuring training's ROI? I'm interested in your best practices if you are willing to share.

I am wondering why you have had ZERO responses to your question. I have the same question and would love to hear from some of the experts or even the not so experts.

It may be because there are already several threads with basically the same question. Take a look through the older threads -- good stuff in there.

Measuring ROI is impossible with training designs being the way they are in most cases.
The attached paper discusses aspects of instructional design that will enable better measurement of ROI.
