Are there any folks out there that are successfully measuring training's ROI? I'm interested in your best practices if you are willing to share.

I am wondering why you have had ZERO responses to your question. I have the same question and would love to hear from some of the experts or even the not so experts.

It may be because there are already several threads with basically the same question. Take a look through the older threads -- good stuff in there.

Hi,
You will find a number of article links regarding ROI for Training as well as Training Strategy at my website given at the end of this message. When you go there, just go to the "Putting a Training Function into Place" section" - and you will see sub-sections on: "Getting and Keeping Budget" "Training ROI and PR" "Training Policies, Procedures and Standards" Hope this helps, Best Regards, Mike Collins. |
