Hello everyone,

I am doing research into evaluation methodologies and have found a large amount of info regarding training evaluation (e.g., Kirkpatrick, Phillips, etc.), but relatively little concerning the evaluation of other HPT interventions... I’m hoping to identify larger models that evaluators can follow that will allow them to evaluate non-training interventions.

I was wondering if anyone had insights or sources to suggest that may help me in my research.

Does that make sense at all? Is it too broad of a question, or are there recognized HPT-evaluation models out there?
