The most important piece of data on a Training Dashboard is the satisfaction level of your customers.
TCG did an infoline for ASTD in Septmeber 2007, Establishing a Business Case for Training.

Thanks for posting, AASW and TCGKate. Every bit of information helps! We were also fortunate enough to have CLO Magazine focus its Nov 2009 issue on Measurement topics, so we'll be using that for inspiration as well.
