Hi,
I got lots of paper evaluation forms (reaction level)from the trainees as the online feedback system quit working. So, does anyone know any smart way to consolidate these data manually? Thanks! |

A friend with this problem hires a student to enter them after each course. He identifies which information goes into which columns of a spreadsheet. Then he imports the data into a database where he can run the reports he chooses. He factors the cost of entering the data (really only a few dollars per event) into his fee.
Today, most spreadsheets could give good reports by themselves. It kind of depends on what reports you want to generate and how good you are with programming spreadsheets or accessing database data. --john |

Have to echo travelerjjm here-
Working in a very large distributed franchise environment with poor distributed technology, we get all attendance and evals via print. At regional offices, admins enter into a spreadsheet (template provided by training group), and they are aggregated, scrubbed and imported to a central database (sounds like a lot, but 99% of the data is clean and this works quite well). Hi,
You can use survey online tools like analysesurvey.com where you can create feedback form and send to people through email. analyse survey will generate reports and charts from the response/feedback collected through mail.join as a free user and try it.it will reduce your burden a lot. |
