At my company we have an 8 week leadership program. Over the next 3 years we will be putting 2500 leaders through this program. We developed a pre-and post test to use to measure Level 2.

What suggestions do you have about Vendors to supply an online pre and post test for easy useabilty on the particiapnt and the data analysis.

Dear Carolyn

If you still are looking for a tool supporting Level 2, Pre- and Post-test effect measurements, have a look at http://www.cue.dk.

Download the iCue™ product sheet for a short introduction.

Give me a call if you need further information: +45 3031 5419

Tests in our company are created by a testing tool called QuizCreator.

Easy to create test contents and it is quite intuitive for the participants to complete the tests. You can have a look at this test sample.
Test Sample.

For data anylysis, you can collect test results in real time.
See details from this page.

I'm not sure the value of doing level 2 evaluations for leadership. So they memorize all the content of the program, doesn't mean they've improved their leadership. Wouldn't you want to see how it changes the way the work or even if it has an impact on the business. Great leaders and great test takers have virtually little connection.

Agree 100% with Learning Path Consultants. Having them take a level 2 "test" might even do more harm than good by trivializing the importance of the concepts you're trying to get across. On-the-job performance (putting it into practice) should be emphasized in everything you present to them - including the evaluations - not spitting back facts. Anyone can regurgitate facts, and it really won't tell you a thing about the success of your leadership program.
