Hello, I relatively new to corporate training. I was hoping someone could recommend some basic reading on designing training evaluation tools, ROI, assessing impact, and assessing client satisfaction (in an outside consulting role for this one) with programs. Program Evaluation: Forms and Approaches by J. Owen
Evaluation in Organizations by Darlene Russ-Eft and Hallie Preskill.

Anything by Brinkerhoff (Success Case Method) or Jack and Patti Phillips will help.
