quote: Hide Post I was hoping some training professionals here might "recommend" a particularly useful text. I have visited the bookstore and amazon before posting this question. Thank you.
I understand your wanting someone to recommend a book - it gives you a place to start - at least until different people recommend different books, such as has happened here. There are six books recommended so far. The reason I like going to the internet and browzing around is that each of us has our own "favorite" book or author or approach to whatever........There is not one best or right text on ROI, measurement, and evaluation. And especially for someone new to the field, there is nothing more "educational" than just browzing around and finding which approach best suits your tastes and/or needs. It's usually just a matter of who's style you like. At least that's the way I prefer to do my own research....... but it doesn't suit everyone.

Before you read any work. Do you understand the purpose of your efforts? What results your organization demands. How it wants to be presented and in what manner?????
