Hi

Can someone tell me if there is a difference between these two? Everything I read seems to tell me that they are the same approach. A Role correlates to a defined work activity. Training modules are aligned to roles, individuals are mapped to roles. Process Based training is geared towards people with common learning needs. This seems to describe roles where people have a similar need.

I am sorry to say that I am confused. If anyone can clear this up for me I would appreciate it.

Thanks,
Ked

I think this really just comes down to terminology. Process based training would suggest breaking down a role into specific areas and focusing on these...same thing really.
