The organization I work for is creating an HROD scorecard which includes both HR and OD benchmarks to measure effectiveness. The HR metrics have been quite simple to compile while the OD not as much.

Is there any one who has some specific OD metrics that they've used that they would want to share? For example a recruiting metric would be our internal rate of promotion/total number of positions filled.
