I find that level 1 that only allows number circling and does not dig for meaningful statements is only in place to provide statistics for training departments and consultants i.e. '99.9% of learners said that our course were very effective'.
If you want meaningful information that will provide any insight and help you alter your training approach then you must ask open ended questions. ---------------------------------- For training resources, training course materials, trainers notes, training courses, training games and many other free training tools, visit: http://www.trainerbubble.com . 4:54AM TrainerBubble? Iwas really feeling like a slacker until I discovered your location...
Agree with your observation. Even when facilitating a meeting I work hard to uncover what is behind/beneath a word or phrase. Years ago I was taught the technique called "lasso." When someone used a phrase like "very effective" I would draw a circle around it and lasso-it (cowboy term)...then see if we could find some agreement on what it meant for the group. I suspect the same applies to evaluations as well. In our web assessments we include the root question and the opportunity to add additional clarification/comments...along with open ended items. |

I think level 1 evals do have historic value. They do help identify trends. My organization has found them very useful in identifying, in particular, problem facilitators and content topics. Our evaluations are integrated with the LMS and all responses are stored in a database.

Can someone point me to where I may find specific data on level 1 ILT course evaluation return rates in medium to very large manufacturing or high-tech corporations, like Boeing, Nike, Seimens, Toyota, Cisco, HP, etc.
Simply, I must set a minimum return rate for our outsourced ILT prg where partners deliver technical ILT within the above mentioned corporations. Any help would be appreciated in capturing requirements and standards for a level 1 ILT eval return rate in both in-center and live virtual classrooms. Thanks! |

There is no doubt more money to be made nearing the 'end-game' phase where levels hit 55/55, but what about moderate amounts prior to that when nearing the halfway mark? We are not talking huge figures here but enough for the lower levels to appreciate and get a great deal of use from.
I've come here to ask the community if you know of any viable in-game methods of making money (no buying Diamonds to sell for example). They don't have to be easy or quick but would help in some way, small or large, and definitely improve on what people get from dailies and general levelling. Please note that when i talk about making money, i am mainly looking for solo methods without the aid of others, but i would also appreciate partnered/party options too if you have them and wish to share; the more the merrier! I would also be thankful if you could give an estimated level range of what level would be deemed suitable for doing whatever you mention and enough detail so that most users will understand what they have to do or where to go. If this topic goes well i aim to collect all of the data and use it to help others in the future if they ask of a similar question. Thanks in advance! ____________________________________________________________________ cosmetic dentist utah | payday loan online | craft furniture This message has been edited.
