I would like to train a couple of people within our T&D Department to be able to create and assess our Level 2 tests. Does anyone know of any training that's available, or of other resources that would help? Thanks.

Depends just how intensely valid you want your tests to be. I would start by seeking out a partnership with a local college or university. Even a community college. Writing valid tests is a skill one must learn and hone.

...by the way... level two evaluation is not only about testing...it doesn't even need to be a test at all. It's simply to measure "did the learner get it?" There are all sorts of ways to assess if someone is "getting it" Tests are necessary only if you're dealing with some type of certification and/or accreditation.
