Hello –
Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Angela Gamble and I am a doctoral candidate at Capella University. I am currently working my dissertation and looking for an organization to partner with for my study.

The study is on the effectiveness of e-learning in a multicultural environment.

The purpose of this research study is to explore and determine the effectiveness of e-learning when designed in a Western context and deployed to both Eastern and Western cultures. This study will examine a multinational company deploying an e-learning course across its global locations. Specifically this study will compare the effectiveness of the e-learning course with participants in China and the United States.

Ideally, employees working in functionally equivalent roles living in either China or the United States will complete an identical e-learning course that was designed in the United States.

The e-learning course will be a requirement by your organization and made available through your normal training and development activities.

At the conclusion of the e-learning course, I would like to conduct a survey to gain an understanding of the learning outcome from each of the two groups.

I would love to speak with you and provide you with further information. Please let me know if this would be something that you would be interested in.

Regards,
Angela Gamble
Doctoral Candidate
