Greatings from Canada eh!

I am looking for examples of training dashboards that are simple to develop, maintain and update. Ideally something that has a graphics component that will tell the story we are looking to tell to our exec's. Is there any freeware or templates available out there, or do I need to purchace this sort of tool.

The dashboards themselves are simple, it can be an excel sheet that you transport over to a PPT. The key is where are the data feeds coming from? Are you getting data from Finance about costs? Are you collecting data on attendance, satisfaction, usage etc.?
As many on these boards will tell you, everything needs to be measured somehow. Dashboards won't provide measurement, they are just a place to aggregate data to display.
If you can find ways to collect the data you are looking for on a consistent basis you'll have a really easy time creating your dashboard. If not the task is impossible.
