Let me clarify it a bit. We’re looking to development and implement a certified training program each of our classifications: Cashiers, Bartenders, Servers and Cooks. We have selected and certified trainers for the Cashier classification, therefore the Certified Cashier Trainers will train new Cashiers. The cashier program has been in a piloting phase for 8 weeks at one location, but we’re looking to implement the program company wide.

My goal is to evaluate the Certified Cashier Trainer program and see if the new Cashiers that are being trained by certified trainers are performing better than those that were not trained by a certified trainer. In other words we need to evaluate the Cashiers that are in the pilot program and see how they are performing against those that did not participate in the program. The results will determine if we continue with the program company wide or make changes.
I hope this is helpful.
