I am looking for information on how companies have developed and implemented training for their employees based in India and China.

What type of training are you trying to implement?

I am assuming your obstacle is doing the training remotely and not having to fly to India/China. Or do you have other obstacles (i.e. language translation, values difference, cultural discrepencies, etc.)

Assuming you are referring to completing the training remotely, there are multiple e-learning options, CBT's, Webinars, etc.

Give me some background on your requirements so I can better understand, before I go down the wrong path.

The Library of Congress in Washington DC can provide tons of information about training policies in other countries. If not conclusive, Washington DC can at least provide a good starting point on specific policies.
