I am interested in connecting with GTMs/others from companies developing global leaders through international internships and leadership development assignments. Particularly, I hope to learn how these companies have leveraged these types of programs to improve brand attractiveness on campus, develop cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills, improve retention and generally increase effectiveness of global teams.
