Looking for a easy-to-digest book for a new manager who manages both remote employees (all over the world) and virtual teams (with team members residing in different countries).

Thanks!

If you are interested in global business and culture differences, you may find the following interesting in results and conclusions, I am uncertain about their research method and validty though:

"Riding the waves of culture:" by Fons Trompenaars & Charles Hampden-Turner.

A little self-promotion...Try Worldwide ERC's course on Leading Global Teams. The description can be found at the bottom of the catalogue page via this link (it is for a certification program but anyone can take it)
