Hi everyone,
I am currenty developing an external customer training program for my organization, and need some help finding some resources about how to go about doing this. The customer training also has to be revenue generating, so any help or advice that experts could offer me would be greatly appreciated. |

Hi All
I have just joined ASTD. I see this is 2 years old so I wont offer any advice at this stage to Traci. However I am developing a Customer Care course as well. I have material except for case studies and authentic simulations. I would be grateful for any advice on this. |
