We are a US company with business units based in Thailand, China, Mexico, Poland, Wales and Ireland.

Does anyone have experience with a company that provides Diversity training that addresses the impact of doing business in multiple countries and the cultures involved? One that also addresses the value that global diversity brings to business?

We are currently using a company based in Ohio. They are EXCELLENT, but focused on US business and cultures. They are willing to travel to other countries and teach for us, but global diversity isn't really their forte and they are very expensive, especially when contracted to travel globally from the US.

Maybe I can help? I'm an American, living in Malaysia for 11.5 years. I travel to Thailand frequently. My wife and son are Malaysian-Chinese. I'm a dual US-Irish citizen. I've been to Wales and I've lived 2 years in Poland. "Ja moge mowic po polsku, ale tak jaki ladny."

Sorry, the closest I've been to Mexico is the food.
