Hi Char -- a pilot release of software often involves piloting anything you would normally release with the software...sometimes, that includes customer training. Depends on your organization. It might be a good marketing strategy to offer training with the software. We used to have sales people who would go out to the field to teach people how to install, manage and use the software. It helped ensure good customer service and repeat business.
