Our company manufactures athletic uniforms and we also wanted to show employees the big picture of what could happen if there is lack of quality and the impact on the customer. We actually filmed a video about the life of the package and displayed the lack of quality in different stages of our processes and then showed the impact on the customer receiving the wrong items and losing trust in our company when it came to placing their next order. We used employees and settings from our company. A lot of planning went into it, but it was great. Just an idea...

Taking that idea a step further... why not have employees "live out" the manufacturing process both when everything goes really well and then throwing wrenches into the works. Each time, they would see what happens when the product is delivered to the "customer".

Why use passive absorbtion (where cost is high because of what must be created to deliver that which is absorbed) when learners can be actively involved and literally create their learning?
