Hi, I'm the new kid in the block!
My boss is looking for a more creative and buy-in from line managers when conducting TNA. The traditional method of getting the line managers to complete the TNA form as well as interviewing them does not seem to measure up when we review the training places taken up. Hope you guys can give me some suggestions since you probably have better results in your company. P.S.: I'm in the IT industry. |

Hi Shery,
You will find all sorts of interesting info. from all sorts of companies at my website (see address at bottom of this page) on Needs Analysis. Just go to: - The Training Process - Training Needs Analysis There you will find links to case-studies, approaches etc. Hope this helps, Mike. |

Mike,
I am new to this site and just came across your recommendation to visit the trainingprogateway. A great site! I've reviewed the information there in regards to training needs analysis and am wondering if you have a template available for the "Training Needs Analysis Communication" piece. Much appreciated!
