I am working for a small family-based company. We are seeking input/guidance on tuition reimbursement for employees seeking MBAs. What specific policies are in around 1)program participation and 2)length of stay with the company?

I work for a larger company 3000+ so this may not be helpful, but our requirement is that they be a regular full time employee, receive approval from their manager, as well as the vp and have educational goals that compliment the activities of our business. We require a B- or better for reimbursement in a master's level program.

At this time, there is no requirement for length of employment following the completion of their degree, but we do track attrition of our tuition reimbursement participants.

If you search the forums for tuition reimbursement, you will very likely find additional information as this topic has been discussed many times. Good luck!
