I am looking for a competency assessment that we can connect to our career development webpage to help employees focus on different job families as potential career paths. I would like the assessment to be behavior based, and mapped to a competency model. I do not want an assessment that the outcome leads to a list of careers. I'm looking to have the outcome be a list of high level competencies that the person is skilled in. Any suggestions to off the shelf tools would be very appreciated.
