Hi--Not sure where to post this...but just had to ask.

Does anyone else see a huge change in their workplace lately with stress levels? I think some of it may be due to outside influences such as the economy, etc.

Our workplace has many opportunities for improvement, culture-wise, but here lately, there have been a few comments (a few thoughts on my own) asking "What's wrong with everyone?"

Just curious.

Not sure about stress but my sister is in the Staffing industry (finding high-level jobs >$100K) and she said business has never been busier. She has Clients coming out of the woodwork asking her to find them another job.

Stress levels = Looking for another job?? Not sure.

Yes - loads of people are looking for jobs. I think the issue is where to place them all. Lots of workers, not enough jobs.

Stress levels at my company are at an all time high. It seems that the economy is causing much of the problem on both personal and professional levels.
