I am looking for leadership curriculum that I can use for training. I would like something that is off the shelf and has a participant as well as instructor guide.

We will be training Vice-Presidents through Supervisors. I would like something that can be used for all levels where I could adjust the level of detail for the appropriate audience.

I have looked into Vital Learning, DDI, and potentially licensing AMA materials. I am curious what your experiences have been and what curriculum you like. (they don't have to be the above list)

Thanks!

Jennifer

I am a huge proponent of DDI. Their material is highly researched, and they are an excellent organization to work with. They view you not just as a client, but really want to partner with you to help your organization be successful.

In fairness, I will tell you I use to consult for them, but am once again on the client side of the house--I was a client before I was a consultant, and now I am a client again. If you want some detailed information about the programs I'd be happy to share with you, and can also recommend or get you the name of a sales person in your area.

Their material is geared more for front to mid-level leaders, but with the right delivery approach I have facilitated for senior level executives as well!

I would love to speak with you more on your thoughts with DDI. I've got a few questions after reviewing their curriculum.

Could you contact me at jsteiner@wanzek.com?

You may also want to look at both Franklin Covey, and the Center for Creative Leadership. We use both for leadership development activities.
With Franklin Covey, trainers can be licensed through a process to deliver the material in house.
We've experienced much success from CCL's Looking Glass Experience, and Benchmarks materials.
You can research both online.
Good Luck
