I am looking for information on what your organization does (or does not do)in regard to employee advisory groups: Do you have them? How are they structured? How does participation work--by vote, appointment, etc.? How have you kept them from becoming advocacy groups. If you can either provide your own information or direct me to articles about this topic, it would be greatly appreciated.
