I am looking for a conference/seminar to dive deep into the world of succession planning/leadership development. Our company is looking to implement a succession program for the top tier level of the company, a select group of key individuals to succeed our executive personnel. Any suggestions?

Did you find a seminar? I too am emersed in putting together a succession management/talent pool development program and could use all the help I can get.

Similar to most of the topics about which people ask, people go to school for several semesters (or a series of courses) to learn about this topic.
