Which is a corollary to "all pwople are unique". It would be nice if people cut way back on the labelling, BTW. Saying "people born in 19xx believe this or that or behave this way" is very hard to stomach if one believes that people are unique. But I digress. All teams are diverse and all need to understand that. Somehow.

Now that we are all clear about people, teams, and whatever else, the best source for experiential exercises for teams is the Pfeiffer Annual - there are two volumes (Training and Consulting), both of which contain very good original exercises. Any year will do.
