That depends on what your criteria are for 'good' ..... Cost or Flexibility

I don't belong to a vendor like the above two posts, but my company is using Strategic Programs out of Denver, CO which is very reasonably priced and bases their tool on your core competencies and behaviors so you are sure that what you are measuring connects to your already set expectations.
Hope this helps! There are a lot out there and when it comes to 360 assessments, the success of the results is really not dependent on the tool, but on the "buy-in" from the participants and their committment to using the results and reflection to bring about real change and growth. Jaimee |

We've looked at Lominger, SuccessFactors and Halogen in the past. We decided to go with Pilat's 360 online tool since we were already using their talent management system. However, the other posters are right, in that, the correct process needs to be in place first before you bring in any technology solution. Then you should go out and find a solution that will support your specific process, competency models, time scales, etc. Our 360 fortunately supported what we had in place and the results carried over into our people's individual development plans.
