We have in-house classroom leadership training which we would like to supplement with online materials. I have looked at Achieve Glboal, Vital Learning and Thompson NetG. Has anyone had any experience with these programs? Can you recommend other online resources/vendors for supervisor and manager training.

What are the purpose and desired outcomes for the supplemental materials? (that will help me make appropriate recommendations)

About 6 years ago, I became acquainted with online supervisory training simulations from Ninth House. They were excellent. The Dept. of Justice did a large scale test evaluation and found them very effective. The company is still around, so you may want to check out their current offerings.
