We are in the process of researching 360 Feedback, Succession Planning, Performance Management provider. Could you tell me what you use or what you have found? Is there a great one stop shop for a company of about 1200-1500 employees? What are things we should look at? What are common potholes? Any "best practices" I should know about?

I would love to hear from real people actually using these tools. I would also like to know how painless or painful the implementation process was.

I would appreciate any feedback.

We've used Real Time 360 an on-line 360 survey with built in developmental tools. It is simple, effective and a great tool.

Do a web search for Real Time Performance and tell Shaun (the owner) I sent you :-)
