I am looking for ideas for a retreat being organized for Financial Managers in the healthcare industry. Topics of focus may include: trust, inclusion, leadership, productivity, engagement. Unfortunately, due to recent cutbacks, I am working without an Organizational Development.

The best sessions I have attended at conferences and retreats have been problem solving sessions led by skilled facilitators. People really don't like to be talked at. I would scale back speeches and panels etc. and spend more time brainstorming solutions and ideas that are actionable and that everyone could benefit from.

This does take skilled facilitators though.

As suggested elsewhere, see Future Search Conference created by Weisbrod. Since these are managers of some repute ask THEM for input on location, substance etc. Any good looking central located institutes of higher learning or
business office space available?
