I have an upcoming session that includes eight participants of our succession planning program. Is there an icebreaker exercise (around 15-20 min.) that you have used with a group like this that has been especially effective? They are all high-level managers and I would like to make this relevant to the subject matter, yet get them involved and start some positive discussion. We will focus on strategy, communication, and coaching during the session.
