Has anyone used Noel Tichy's TPC Framework (1983)and matrix as a diagnostic tool for an OD intervention? I'd be interested in hearing others' thoughts, views, experience with this model.

Jan,
I have not used Tichy's TPC model. However, I believe that others like Barbara Mink have used other '9 Windows' models that encompass a similar focus.
