Hello all!

Once again it is nice to reach out to you all for some advice.

I have to write a process to indicate how classroom training and field training are related. Metrics are impoprtant because we need to identify the gap and see how we can come to a balance.

Currenlty the classroom training is not preparing the Reps well enough when they go into the field. This kind of process will also be proof as to why myself as a trainer need to do field observations after a month or 4 to identify these gaps to continue to improve the training.

Any help will greatly appreciated. I have googled, but nothing directed at this specific goal.

Thanks Smiler

"Field" training can mean many things...love to talk it over; is this still an issue?

Check this out 1 of 3 for reps:
