I'm looking to implement a formal internship program for my company. I have met with a local university, and they are extremely flexible. Now I just need something to provide to managers; process, procedures, expectations, and guidelines. Has anyone implemented such a program and can anyone provide some suggestions?

If you are not a member of SHRM, find someone you know who is within your organization and have them pull the Internship Toolkit that will give you everything you need.
